RUMINATIONS ON COMPANY CULTURE 2002

In 2002 I was invited to speak at the UK Museums Association held in Leicester and chose to speak about directors and creative thinking.  I have written quite a number of papers about administration and about leadership.  This is one of the early ones.  It uses a look at Howard Gardner's 1993 book ⁽Gardner, Howard, CREATING MINDS, Basic Books, New York, 1993, p. 25) as a basis for thinking about creative personality types.  A copy of the paper is attached.
