Leadership at the Boston Children's Museum

Here are two short video’s — one on Mike Spock’s leadership style and one on being the boss of the Visitor Center at the Boston Children’s Museum between 1970-1987.  Both accurately reflect my life-long view of the place one wants to work in and I am grateful that Boston Stories was written and the staff was asked to remember and reflect on what was a wonderful work time in all our lives.
