The Space Before The Door, a keynote speech at the British Columbia Museum Association Conference 2016

This speech is a modified version of the paper "Intentional Civility" and includes the worksheets.  This is a useful paper for staff to look at their assumptions of normative behaviour in the museum, among each other, about their visitors and the surrounding community and potential ways to change their assumptions and their own behaviour..  The web link for the full paper is attached.
